I like the design of the head most, great details
I think there needs some colour adjusments to get that underwater feeling
Also more work on the right hand is needed, it lacks definition

Feels a bit "posed" instead of a natural gesture or movement.
Rendering looks rushed/unfinished in the background and on the shadowed arm.

Face and handsīre the most recognizable features in the human body. Here the face is clearly not human, and hands donīt have the slightest modification. I fand that disturbing. The other big catch I see with this image is the coloring. For an underwater image, the colour should be blue filtered. Lastly, illuminationīs a little odd, with the rocks and the character getting different sources apparently.
