I think there needs some colour adjusments to get that underwater feeling
Also more work on the right hand is needed, it lacks definition

Cool creature concept. Like the last guy said though, it doesn't look like it's underwater.

An interesting creature. Composition needs something else to add interest. Personally I think this works better flipped horizontally.

great work. It looks a bit unfinished though. Like the hand and the background. I'm sure it would have looked very amazing if you only finished it. But this way it looks nice too. Great creature design.

Feels a bit "posed" instead of a natural gesture or movement.

I like this image, yet it has some points to do:
Face and hands´re the most recognizable features in the human body. Here the face is clearly not human, and hands don´t have the slightest modification. I fand that disturbing. The other big catch I see with this image is the coloring. For an underwater image, the colour should be blue filtered. Lastly, illumination´s a little odd, with the rocks and the character getting different sources apparently.
